Can’t find availability for your desired destination? Submit a waitlist request through the Vacation Planning Center and your club will do the searching for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once availability opens that matches what you’re looking for, you’ll be notified to secure your stay within 48 hours.
Waitlist Eligibility
Waitlist requests may be submitted for any Eddie Bauer Adventure Club or WorldMark resort.
Waitlist Windows
Waitlist requests are accepted within the following windows. Once these windows have passed, all unfulfilled waitlist requests will be released.

Minimum Nights Required
The minimum number of nights required for a waitlist request depends on when you submit it and your requested arrival date.
Red Season Booking Window: 10 months to 13 months prior to arrival. |

*If an owner already has a confirmed reservation that satisfies the 7-night requirement, less than seven nights may be requested to group with or add to the existing reservation.

Waitlist matches are only valid for 48 hours. You will be notified via email, text, or both. Please provide one email address that is checked daily.
Payment Options
All payment options are available based on booking date and arrival date guidelines.
Additional Waitlist Information
- A waitlist request may not be submitted on past due accounts.
- A confirmed reservation may be canceled without penalty to accept waitlisted inventory if the waitlist match is within 30 days before or after the arrival date of the canceled reservation.
- Once a waitlist offer is made, you have 48 hours to accept the offer.
- Owners may have up to four resort waitlist requests at one time.
- Waitlist requests may be modified or canceled at any time during the request period.
