A reservation which is confirmed, but has not been traveled on yet. 

 

Adventure Trails

An internal exchange program operated by WorldMark and available to Eddie Bauer owners which provides access to additional resorts using eligible Eddie Bauer credits.

 

Affiliate Locations 

Resorts at which accommodations are made available when individual timeshare owners assign the use rights of their non-Wyndham Vacation Resorts ownership interest to the Eddie Bauer program.

 

Anniversary 

Calendar month in which owner receives their credits. Based on original purchase date.

 

Award Year 

The 12-month period during which an owner may travel on vacation using their credit allocation.

Bonus Time

Bonus Time is a cash rental option for all Eddie Bauer Adventure Club owners. Owners can book 14 days in advance. 

 

Borrowing Credits

Owners may borrow credits from their next year’s allotment.

Cancelation Window 

The time frame in which an Owner can cancel and have all their credits returned to their account. 

 

Credits

The currency used to book vacations.
 

Credit Conversion to Maintenance Fees 

Allows owners to convert Eddie Bauer credits to maintenance dollars, which are then applied toward assessment fees.
 

Credit Protection Program

A feature that gives owners the ability to avoid credit and forfeiture when cancelling reservations during the credit forfeiture window.

Grouped Reservations 

Grouped Reservations consist of two or more consecutive Green season reservations linked together so that the grouped segments comply with the seven-night minimum stay requirement. Grouped reservation bookings can be facilitated to create one continuous vacation, booked for and occupied by the same guest(s). The individual segments can be at a single, or at multiple resorts. The first day of all segments must be within 13 months of check-in at the time of reservation. Additional segments can continue to be added to a Grouped reservation until the total of all segments exceeds 14 nights, at which point no more segments can be added.
 

Guest Usage 

A guest certificate is required for any reservation where the owner is not checking in. Owners receive 1 guest certificate per 10K credits owned.  Additional guest certificates may be awarded based on VIP tier.
 

Guest Certificate 

Any time a contractual owner is not checking in, a guest name must be added to allow that owner's guest to stay. To add the guest name the owner must use a Guest Certificate or pay the current charge for a Guest Certificate.

Eddie Bauer Adventure Club Booking Window 
A feature of the Eddie Bauer program that gives owners priority to request and confirm reservations in their “home” Club in advance of the standard reservation window.

 

Housekeeping Credit- Each anniversary year, Owners are awarded 1 (one) reservation transaction for every 10,000 credits they own.

Maintenance Fee/Home Owners’ Association Fee

The annual fee and/or assessment paid to the timeshare home owners’ association for the operational costs of ownership interests who have assigned their use rights to the Adventure Trails Trust.

Booking windows and length-of-stay requirements ensure all owners have an equal opportunity to book various types of reservations.

The time division into which the use days at each resort location or association are divided by demand into Green, White and Orange seasons.

The world’s largest hotel loyalty program. Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points which can be redeemed for free hotel stays, car rentals, gift cards, maintenance fee credits, external exchange fees, and perks by Eddie Bauer membership fees.
